With the ever-changing landscape of our nation and the COVID-19 stay-at-home orders, the question our agents keep asking is, “What message should I be communicating to my clients right now?

There was a time (not that long ago) during this pandemic when we focused solely on how to support our clients with their basic needs and safety. In the last month, I think our conversations have gradually moved from ensuring clients had toilet paper and food to valid interest in real estate. Only take your client leads as far as they are emotionally willing to go, but I think for the most part we’re back to presenting ourselves as the market experts we are.
